    Abstract


    Research objective of this article is the current status of household agricultural land distribution and the relationship between land size, land fragmentation and the household’s economic efficiency, since then, the study gives some forecasts on the impact of the household economic incentives to the direction of the agricultural land distribution in the future and some policy suggestions. The article employs a set of data of 399 households from three representative districts of Bac Giang province in 2018 and descriptive statics method and stochastic frontier analysis in analysis. The resutle shows that the main finding of the study is that, at the current situation of the production arrangement, both land size and land fragmentation were not barries to the household economic efficiency. The outcome is meaningful for analyzing the household’s economic incentives, which is one of the determinants of the household’s agricultural land redistribution process.
