This study proposed a solution to support the management of teachinhg and learning activities at the Department level. The software solution was built based on a survey of the actual needs in professional management at the Departments of the Faculty of Information Technology. We have collected data, standardized, organized, stored and managed data uniformly on a web platform to help managers as well as lecturers easily manage, monitor, search and compile information related to teaching activities and archiving work of the department. The program was built according to the steps in the software development process with full functions such as: managing teaching assignments, managing courses documents, managing the storage of academic records, information for specialized internship topics and graduation theses of students, assigning exam schedules, exams evaluation, managing work and other activities at the Department level. Currently, the application has been installed and tested at the Department of Computer Science and has been highly appreciated by teachers in the unit. The program has the potential to be expanded and adopted in other units within Vietnam National University of Agriculture.
