  An experiment was conducted to study the effects of no-till direct sowingand nitrogen fertilizerlevels on yield and production efficiencyof soybean grown in winer cropping season after ricein Gia Binh, Bac Ninh. The experiments were arranged in a randomizedcompleteblockin triplicate with plot size of 10m2. Results suggested that, in order to achieve high grain yield and high production efficiency, seeds should be broadcast uniformly after rice harvest, covered by straws and nitrogen applied at 61-72 kg / ha.
