Năng lượng là yếu tố không thể thiếu đối với sự tăng trưởng kinh tế của mỗi quốc gia và cuộc sống hàng ngày của con người. Quá trình chuyển đổi từ năng lượng truyền thống sang năng lượng sạch góp phần rút ngắn thời gian, công sức để một quốc gia đạt được các mục tiêu phát triển bền vững. Do đó, thúc đẩy chuyển đổi năng lượng trên cả bình diện vĩ mô và vi mô đang được nhiều quốc gia quan tâm, trong đó có Việt Nam. Bài viết sử dụng phương pháp khảo cứu, tổng quan và phân tích dữ liệu từ 54 bài báo, báo cáo khoa học nhằm tổng hợp yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến chuyển đổi tiêu dùng năng lượng của hộ gia đình ở các nước trên thế giới và Việt Nam. Các yếu tố được phát hiện thuộc về hai nhóm chính, nhóm hộ và nhóm môi trường kinh tế - thể chế bên ngoài hộ. Từ những phát hiện này, bài viết đề xuất một số hàm ý chính sách nhằm thúc đẩy các hộ chuyển đổi tiêu dùng năng lượng theo hướng bền vững.
