This study examines the factors influencing organizational culture in enterprises in Viet Hung Ward, Hanoi City. A quantitative approach was employed using 157 valid survey responses collected through face-to-face interviews. The data were processed and analyzed using regression techniques to determine the degree of impact of different factors on organizational culture. The results reveal that organizational culture is significantly associated with five key factors: leadership, business sector, community and working environment, compensation and benefits policies, and working procedures and regulations. Based on the level of influence of these factors, the study proposes practical solutions aimed at consolidating, developing, and improving organizational culture in a positive direction. These solutions are expected to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises while ensuring stable and sustainable development.
