Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of factors affecting the efficiency of implementing reverse
logistics in packaging supply chainin Hung Yen province. This research was conducted with 225 samples using the
direct interview method. After collecting and processing data, regression analysis was applied to evaluate the impact
on the effectiveness of reverse logistics implementation. The results show that the effective of reverse logistics
implemetntation was related to 5 factors: legal regulations and policies, level of technology application, consumer
awareness and attitudes, level of collaboration, policies and resources of enterprises. Five solutions were
recommended to enhance the efficient of reverse logistics implementation: enhancing the responsibility of
manufacturers in implementing regulations on recycling and waste packaging responsibilities, promote cooperation
on advanced technology transfer in the field of recycling; create a stable market for recycled products, promting the
supply chain member collaboration and train human resources on reverse logistics management and recycling
