    Đặt trong bối cảnh các khoảng trống thể chế của nền kinh tế đang phát triển, nghiên cứu này tích hợp Lý thuyết Vốn xã hội và Khung Sinh kế bền vững để giải mã cơ chế sinh tồn của lực lượng lao động di cư phi chính thức. Sử dụng chiến lược lấy mẫu đánh chặn không-thời gian, dữ liệu từ 238 người bán hàng rong nông sản tại Hà Nội được phân tích bằng phương pháp PLS-SEM. Kết quả khẳng định năng lực thích ứng vỉa hè đóng vai trò trung gian cốt lõi, chuyển hóa nguồn lực mạng lưới thành hiệu quả sinh kế bền vững, trong đó vốn xã hội bắc cầu tạo ra đòn bẩy đáng kể so với vốn liên kết. Bằng việc khái niệm hóa các chiến thuật này thành năng lực động phi chính thức, nghiên cứu phản biện lại các chính sách giải tỏa cực đoan, đồng thời tham mưu mô hình quản trị đô thị bao trùm nhằm bảo vệ chuỗi cung ứng nông sản, duy trì an ninh lương thực và bám sát các Mục tiêu Phát triển Bền vững (SDGs)
