    Tóm tắt


    Du lịch nông nghiệp mở ra cơ hội giúp thay đổi một cách toàn diện bộ mặt nông thôn và miền núi thông qua các hoạt động tăng thu nhập, tạo việc làm và nâng cao trách nhiệm cộng đồng trong bảo tồn thiên nhiên cũng như các giá trị văn hóa, lịch sử, truyền thống của địa phương. Dựa trên các công trình nghiên cứu trước đây, mục tiêu của bài viết này nhằm hệ thống một cách toàn diện những vấn đề lý luận về phát triển du lịch nông nghiệp bền vững, bao gồm: Hoạch định nguồn lực hỗ trợ phát triển du lịch nông nghiệp; Tổ chức kinh doanh và hình thành chuỗi cung ứng các sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp; Xây dựng và hoàn thiện hệ thống hạ tầng phục vụ du lịch; Nâng cấp hiệu quả các hoạt động liên kết; Marketing, quảng bá, xúc tiến và tiếp cận thị trường du lịch. Cơ sở lý thuyết về phát triển du lịch nông nghiệp bền vững giúp định hình các hoạt động liên kết hoạch định chính sách, huy động nguồn lực, lập kế hoạch, tổ chức kinh doanh, quản lý và giám sát trong phát triển du lịch nông nghiệp vùng và liên vùng. Tại Việt Nam, kế hoạch tổng thể phát triển du lịch nông nghiệp cần chú trọng nguyên tắc tiếp cận hệ thống và dựa vào cộng đồng.
