This study was to evaluate the efficiency of vocational training for rural labor in Dak Lak province based on different perspectives and participants' views. The respondents involved are 49 Officials of the State Management of Vocational Training, 40 vocational training institutions, 223 teachers, 450 vocational trainees and 15 employers. In gathering the data, a survey with questionnaires and interviews was conducted. In the analysis of the data collected, descriptive, statistical division, and scoring methods were used. Results showed that the vocational training for rural labor in the province of Dak Lak had achieved certain results and this effect is different when viewed in the different respects. However, in order to further improve the efficiency of this activity in the province, it is necessary to focus on implementing key solutions such as: improve the quality of demand forecasting and building training quotas; strengthen the quality of training via building flexible and appropriate training programs and methods, at the same time increasing investment in facilities, training, and remuneration for teachers; Apply new training fields with potentials, advantages of each locality and take them in to local development plans and programs; support post-trained labors in job creation and self-employment.
